UB RISE 2026 Schedule​

We are planning a day for you to learn about the interdisciplinary work of our UB faculty, students, staff, alumni; as well as by our colleagues at Goodwin University, and Concurrent University Enrollment (CUE) high school students.

***Goodwin University participants must email ubrise@bridgeport.edu by March 1 so that we can grant you access to the UB RISE 2026 Canvas course.

Some new developments for this year’s event include:

  • UB RISE Kick-Off Orientation – Wednesday, January 28 at 12:20-1:00
  • Abstract Submission Deadline – Friday, February 27 by 11:59 PM EST
  • Poster/Video Submission Deadline for Students- Monday, March 30 by 10:00 PM EST
  • Poster/Video Submission Deadline for Faculty/Staff -Wednesday, April 1 by 10:00 PM EST
  • Registration to Attend UB RISE begins February 27 through April 10 by 5 PM EST – https://www.bridgeport.edu/rise/
  • Pre-UB RISE Weeklong Activities – April 6-10
  • Announcement of Lightning Round Poster Finalists – Friday, April 10 by 5 PM EST
  • Serving as judges of student posters by completing this survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/52Q99T9
